About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and talented Sales Representative to join our growing team. Your role will be instrumental in driving consumer awareness and showcasing our award-winning cheeses. You will collaborate closely with our directors to execute sales campaigns, maximize sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships with both direct customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Grocery (supermarket) and Foodservice channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute sales campaigns and support projects.
- Handle general administration tasks related to sales.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A go-getter with ideally 1 - 2 years experience in similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach and commitment to achieving results.
- Strong planning, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all sales channels, particularly grocery, convenience and foodservice.
- A relationship builder who works well with others and creates long-term loyalty
- Experience with brand promotion initiatives.
- Marketing and administration experience (desirable).
- A valid Australian driver’s license.
- A genuine love for Cheese
