Part-time Sous Chef

We’re on the hunt for a part-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen at Harley & Rose, our busy wood-fired pizza restaurant in West Footscray.

Think seasonal produce, good vibes, and a team that’s passionate about food and wine.

What you’ll do

• Run service and the pass when needed
• Work with the Head Chef on menus & specials
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Support and mentor the crew

What we’re after

• Solid experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up)
• Love of seasonal, wood-fired cooking
• Organised, calm under pressure & team-focused
