What you’ll do
- Run service and the pass when needed
- Work with the Head Chef on menus & specials
- Keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Support and mentor the crew
What we’re after
- Solid experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up)
- Love of seasonal, wood-fired cooking
- Organised, calm under pressure & team-focused
