Albert's Wine Bar is seeking a passionate, reliable Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced, produce-driven kitchen. Work with an experienced, tight-knit team that values quality, seasonality, and a calm, professional approach. The European leaning menu changes often, so curiosity, creativity, and adaptability are essential.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently excellent dishes. You’ll be involved in prep, service, and menu development, contributing ideas and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation in a small, supportive team.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and executing dishes to a high standard across all sections
Maintaining prep lists, stock rotation, and section organisation
Assisting with menu changes and specials based on seasonal produce
Upholding kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Supporting and mentoring junior team members during service
Communicating clearly with the team to ensure a calm, efficient service

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role working with European leaning cuisine
A strong sense of organisation and consistency on section
Clean and efficient work habits
A team player who communicates clearly and works collaboratively
Someone who brings energy, reliability, and genuine interest in food
Available to work weekends and evenings as required
