Neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Carlton. Seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team. Must be passionate about food, wine and great service.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience leading a team at a supervisor or management level
- A deep love for, and knowledge in wine
- Classic cocktail knowledge
- A love of food and wine
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
