The Local Drop is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
We are a premium neighbourhood wine bar with a strong focus on exceptional service, thoughtful food, and serious wine. Our kitchen delivers seasonal, produce-driven dishes designed to complement a carefully curated wine list. This is a full-time position
You will:
Run your own section with confidence and consistency
Work closely with the Head Chef & Sous chef to execute a seasonal, wine-driven menu
Maintain high standards of prep, cleanliness and organisation
Thrive in a focused, professional team environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of technique and flavour balance
Passion for seasonal produce and simple, precise cooking
Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
A team player who takes pride in their work
Experience in wine-focused venues is a bonus, but not essential.
