Who We’re Looking For
We’re after an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive the next stage of our food offering.
You’re a calm, capable leader who leads from the pass and sets the standard for every service. You know how to run a disciplined, efficient kitchen while building a strong team culture grounded in consistency, accountability, and respect.
You bring a strong operational mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine understanding of produce-led, thoughtful cooking. You’re equally comfortable leading a busy service, developing seasonal menus, managing costs, and mentoring a team to perform at a high level.
Most importantly, you’re invested in building something long-term — contributing to a venue where food, wine, and hospitality are approached with care and intention.
