We are on the look out for an experienced manager to take the lead at Rocco's. Candidates will need to have a sound knowledge of controlling wage costs, increasing sales and management of staff to give the Rocco's experience to all guests.
Not just a Sandwich shop! Walk in and you'll be inspired to offer the warm and welcoming service of Trattoria's along side Head Chef Sam Madeiros exciting menu. You will be joining our management team, who are all experienced hospitality professionals that are currently looking after day-to-day operations. As the Restaurant Manager, we expect the scope to be more broad, with event activations, long-term planning to cross-reference our business development plan and the training and development of key-staff. Mould and develop the next generation of hospitality superstars.

Rocco's Bologna Discoteca boasts two-level dining, with the offer of private event spaces to cater to small or large functions. The charming courtyard will transport you to summertime Italian dining and Vince's Bar upstairs has held events, a pop-up tiki bar and the like so we love to hear new and great ways to activate our own internal spaces. We like to make ourselves accessible for all guest needs whether this is a martini at the bar, trattoria dining with friends or a pot in the courtyard.
