We're looking for a Chef to assist our Head Chef + Sous Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience that reflects our existing offering in Beechworth but evolves and elevates it for this exciting new venue.
Bridge Road Brewers Brunswick is seeking a casual Chef to join our team and assist in delivering an outstanding dining experience that not only reflects our existing offering in Beechworth but champions local produce, diversity and community.

Only 5km from the city, we are located in East Brunswick Village, a new development on Nicholson St which houses not only our 350-seat brewery venue, but a Cinema, fine dining, food and retail.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be experienced in all aspects of a commercial kitchen and confident in a busy service.
You’ll understand what means to be part of a dynamic kitchen team.
You’ll nurture a strong and vibrant kitchen culture and be driven, detail orientated, collaborative, creative and open minded.
In a technical sense you’ll:
· Hold a culinary certification or degree from a recognised institution, or have equivalent proven work experience.
· Hold a Victorian food safety certificate.
· Have minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.
· Be a fast learner with a strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
· Possess a high attention to detail and commitment to quality in food preparation.
· Have excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
