Join the Alpine Family and assist the Executive Chef in leading the service, training and mentoring our brigade. Immerse yourself in our cutting-edge kitchen a la carte, Events Kitchen and opening a Pizza Kitchen soon, crafting exceptional dishes with the finest Yarra Valley produce.
We are seeking a full-time Senior Sous to work 5 days and a part-time Sous Chef.
In these roles, you will bring extensive experience, motivation, and love for creating mouthwatering delicious food using the very best local seasonal produce. You should have a proven track record of managing high-volume service between 400 to 800 covers. Your focus will be leadership, with exceptional interpersonal skills. You'll be responsible for setting the tone for your kitchen team, providing training and mentorship while overseeing the smooth execution of service.

About Alpine Hotel Warburton
We are located in beautiful Warburton in the Yarra Valley Region, 90 minutes east of Melbourne. It is the place to Eat, Drink & Sleep. The hotel consists of 32 rooms of accommodation lovingly restored to its former glory, a public bar, dining areas, a private dining room, function areas, and a beautiful beer garden overlooking the upper reaches of the Yarra River.
