We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Restaurant Manager who thrives under pressure and knows how to balance style with substance. If you’re passionate about food, drink, and creating unforgettable experiences, this is your chance to lead a young, talented FOH team in a fast-paced environment.

Your Mission:
- Be the go-to leader for a team of talented waitstaff, delivering top-tier dining experiences
- Manage everything from rosters to inventory while keeping a close eye on budgets
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep us a step above the competition
- Roll up your sleeves when needed—whether it’s mixing a killer Negroni or recommending the perfect wine pairing
- Collaborate with suppliers and oversee smooth FOH operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Whether it’s greeting a full house or solving on-the-fly challenges, you’re the type who loves being in the thick of it.

Essentials:
- 3–5 years of management experience in high-end dining
- A head for numbers—inventory, budgets, and financial reports are second nature to you
- Deep passion for the hospitality industry and the latest trends
- Flexible availability (weekends and evenings included)
