Chef de Partie

We celebrate a seasonal menu with rotating specials, using high quality produce alongside fresh produce from the owners farm in Romsey. All of our pasta is hand made on site, therefore pasta making skills is advantageous.

• Full-time position available, open Tuesday to Saturday with set weekends (Sunday & Monday) – ideal for that all important work life balance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior chef position with strong culinary skills and an eye for detail
• Experience cooking Italian cuisine 
• Can show leadership and offer both operational and creative support with a strong work ethic 
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant with the ability to stay composed when under pressure
• Thrives in a small team environment, lending a hand wherever it's needed
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
