What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience as a Sous Chef, ideally in Lebanese, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean cuisine.
•Confidence in wood fire grilling and working with live flames.
•Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing kitchen teams.
•A passion for consistency, quality, and efficient kitchen operations.
•Full-time availability, including nights and weekends.
