Kiosk Manager Required

Da Mario Next Door is a kiosk located inside the Cannery in Rosebery, and we are looking for a manager to run the daily operation.

You would be working alongside one other person serving up pizza by the slice and made to order sandwiches.

The kiosk offers a part-time salary for lunches Wednesday to Sunday, however if you require more hours we can provide a full-time salary which will include also working at our main restaurant located next door, where all the product for the kiosk is prepared.

The right candidate needs the following:

• Excellent hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to multi-task at speed during busy periods
• Experience with food handling and stock rotation
• A great attitude as you will be face to face with customers
• Very good level of English
• A passion for food and customer service
• Commit for at least 6 months however at least 1 year is preferred
