Harriot, a new venue from the Conferre Group is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate pastry chef.
The Conferre family spans CBD venues Tipo 00 and Osteria Ilaria, and in Brunswick East, Figlia and Grana.
Our new venue Harriot is a refined modern European restaurant, and we are after an enthusiastic and experienced chef to help us create something truly special.
An exciting position is available for a serious candidate who is seeking to further their career. The successful applicants will work closely with the head chef and head pastry chef will need to be able to run the section independently. With leadership from our head chefs this is your opportunity to further develop your skills.
Successful applicants must have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
