What you will do
Rosters and shift swaps, keep coverage tight
Build and circulate weekly run sheets
Lead as Floor Manager one weekend per month (three nights)
Stock counts and ordering, zero stockouts on core lines
Cleaner oversight, checklists and presentation standards
Maintenance coordination, log, schedule and close jobs
Support decorating and event set-up
You
Venue or events ops experience, ideally late-night
Calm, organised, clear communicator
Confident with rostering tools and basic inventory
Happy to work some nights and weekends
Hours at a glance
Monthly average: ~48 hours
Pattern: 3 weeks at ~6.5 admin hours each + 1 Floor Manager weekend at ~28.5 hours
FM coverage: usually three consecutive nights (Thu–Sat or Fri–Sun)
