The Alpine Hotel is seeking a talented Chef de partie to join our passionate kitchen team on a 6-month contract. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment and take pride in delivering exceptional food, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across our menu
• Work closely with our senior kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Contribute creative ideas and maintain consistency in taste and presentation

About You:

• Qualified chef or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and high-volume cooking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about food, quality, and hospitality
• Flexible for weekends & public holidays
