MOONDROP is an Asian inspired cocktail experience that focuses on great drinks, great hospitality and making every night a memorable one. 

About the Venue - 

• Asian inspired venue invoking the 1920’s in Shanghai
• Located at 1 / 150-156 Gertrude St Fitzroy between Brunswick St and Smith St
• Venue hours:
  5pm - 12am: Sun, Mon, Wed & Thurs (closed Tues)
  5pm – 1am: Fri & Sat
• An extensive list of cocktails that highlights a range of asian ingredients with a smaller emphasis on Chinese wines & snacks  
• 78 seats with an additional function space and weekly Mahjong Nights
• Celebration as our core identity.
• Aspiring to be listed on Top 50

What we are looking for -

• Minimum 1 year experience in a cocktail venue with an eagerness to learn
• Big personality and ability to build raport and make everyone feel like a regular
• Experience with table service
• Professional and friendly manner with customers and co-workers
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Able and willing to work a flexible roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Current RSA certificate
• Being fluent in Mandarin is a plus
