We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager overseeing a large team (20+ FOH staff) or Venue Manager of a mid-sized team.
- Is experienced in managing rosters, labor, on-shift operations, stock ordering, staff recruitment, and reporting for a large, multi-bar venue or gastro pub.
- Takes pride in providing superb customer service and crafting delicious beverages.
- Possesses strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Is fully available on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Is excited to collaborate with our events and marketing team to bring fun and successful in-venue events to life.
- Has a solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Can demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence in customer and team interactions.
- Has experience in training and upskilling staff.
- Holds an RSA certification.
- Has permanent working rights with no restrictions.
- Is ready to stay active, managing a large, three-bar venue and beer garden.
