We’re Looking for Someone Who: 

  • Has 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager overseeing a large team (20+ FOH staff) or Venue Manager of a mid-sized team.
  • Is experienced in managing rosters, labor, on-shift operations, stock ordering, staff recruitment, and reporting for a large, multi-bar venue or gastro pub.
  • Takes pride in providing superb customer service and crafting delicious beverages.
  • Possesses strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Is fully available on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
  • Is excited to collaborate with our events and marketing team to bring fun and successful in-venue events to life.
  • Has a solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Can demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence in customer and team interactions. 
  • Has experience in training and upskilling staff.
  • Holds an RSA certification.
  • Has permanent working rights with no restrictions.
  • Is ready to stay active, managing a large, three-bar venue and beer garden.
