This is a unique and flexible job that involves international travel twice annually, working with the creative team to develop menus that perfectly express who we are and Bill Granger’s legacy.

THE ROLE
The heart of the role is to develop, create and present menus that embody our brand and positive spirit across our four territories, offering delicious food and drinks that are loved by our guests and inspire our teams.
You will be encouraged to share and implement innovative practices and new perspectives.
At least twice a year you will travel to our restaurants to review and assess the food, drink and brand standards across the four global territories. This also provides the chance to immerse yourself in diverse cultures, find inspiration and research new ideas.
The role offers flexibility that can support family obligations and sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a highly creative yet practical individual who views food and drink not just as sustenance, or personal expression, but as an emotional experience. Extensive knowledge of professional kitchens is essential.
The ideal candidate is an organised and self-motivated individual who is confident in presenting ideas, unafraid to take risks and has a learning mindset – but also relishes working with a team and is inspired by them. A strong nurturing leadership style is required, collaborative approach and a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
A deep respect for authenticity and the use of sustainably sourced, high-quality ingredients is fundamental.
We are seeking someone with a strong familiarity with Australian food and culture, alongside a deep-rooted understanding of Bill Granger’s culinary style and holistic approach to hospitality.
