Role Overview:
As a Chef at Angithi, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Indian dishes that highlight the diversity of Indian culinary traditions. You’ll work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, contributing new ideas and elevating our menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoor items, and signature recipes
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings, adding creativity to our menu
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory and stock management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Chef, ideally with expertise in Indian cuisine
• In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience: 1-2 years as a Chef
