Orlo is on the hunt for a Head Chef to lead our small, fire-fuelled kitchen in the heart of Collingwood.
Our open kitchen sits right in the middle of the dining room — so we’re after someone who can lead from the front, stay calm under pressure, and keep standards high when service is pumping. The menu leans Italian, changes often, and is all about bold flavour and top produce.
You’ll work closely with our GM and FOH team — this is a hands-on, collaborative role. You’ll need to be confident managing a team, sourcing great ingredients, and running a tight ship. You’ll also be the face of the kitchen, so being comfortable in front of the camera for social content is a must.
