We're looking for a part-time Admin Guru & All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team. If you're organised, versatile, and enjoy variety in your workday you'll feel right at home here. We are a boutique wine distributor specialising in organic and biodynamic drops, based in Footscray. We work with some of the country's most passionate producers.

  • • Handle general admin duties to keep the business running smoothly
  • • Assist with invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments (always with a friendly touch)
  • • Keep an eye on domestic and imported stock and help with inventory reporting

We work with some of the country’s most passionate producers and proudly support a community of venues and retailers who care about where their wine comes from.

We’re looking for a part-time Admin Guru & All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team. If you’re organised, versatile, and enjoy variety in your workday (plus maybe a little wine talk), you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle general admin duties to keep the business running smoothly
  • Assist with invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments (always with a friendly touch)
  • Help manage social media posts, digital content and website
  • Support with wine tastings and occasional events
  • Keep an eye on domestic and imported stock and help with inventory reporting
  • Support the importing of wine from New Zealand and Europe
  • Be ready to lend a hand across the business—no two days are quite the same!

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who’s organised, reliable and eager to get stuck in
  • Comfortable switching between tasks and juggling a few things at once
  • Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous admin experience is ideal
  • Social media skills and basic computer know-how (Excel, email, word etc.)
  • RSA is advantageous but not essential
  • An interest in wine (or curiosity to learn more) is always welcome!
